Collaboration with the client
We discuss the type of profile the client is looking for and identify the key traits necessary for success in the role.

Personality assessment
The candidate completes the Workplace Big 5 profile, which takes about 20 minutes. Afterward, the candidate schedules a session with us to review the results together.
